These Terms of Service govern your use of CloudCostAI, operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CloudCostAI provides AI-assisted cloud cost analysis and optimization recommendations (subscription plans) and a one-time Cost Audit report. Recommendations are informational; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any change before applying it to your own cloud account.
Pro and Team are recurring monthly/annual subscriptions. The Audit is a one-time purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms for each.
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. We do not control, and are not liable for, your cloud provider's own billing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
